Just step away
They really are busy, but it's a known fact, that if you don't occasionally decompress your brain from work, it'll implode and take out at least a city block, so make sure you step away every so often. Take a breath, and enjoy the world around you. Or surf the web a little and see the world through other people's eyes. It'll actually help you see the problem better when you come back. Artists do this a lot when working on something. They take a step back to make sure the whole is coming along and that they aren't focusing in on one point too much. I mean, who wants a portrait where everything is out of place and proportion, but there's one perfect eye?
