Squid Works
Today (Sunday), I got to hang out with a bunch of other artists, a group that's called Squid Works. I wasn't sure if it would be something of any interest (I'm a bit of an introvert, though that seems to be changing with age or contact with people), but it was actually a lot of fun. I got to sit around, work on the comic and socialize as much or as little as I liked. People there were talking about the craft and anything else they felt like. Also, while I was there, I was able to do a couple quick sketches. Check them out:
I was a little concerned with how I'd do with paper and pencil, since it's been a while since I've done that, but I think they came out alright. If I go to another meeting, which I hopefully will, and I sketch some stuff, I'll continue to share it.
